Logan

Thoughts of a 4 year old:

Logan: "Mommy, is our baby going to come soon?"
Mom: "I don't know, buddy. We just have to keep praying."
Logan: "Should we pray right now?" and he hops out of bed, kneels down, and says a prayer asking for a baby. So sweet!!!

Logan: "Mommy, am I growing hairs on me?"
Mom: "Yep, that's what happens when you get older! "
Logan: "Like Daddy has pokies on his face? I just have short hairs though, Daddy has long hairs!"

Logan is really into the British show "Kipper" on Netflix, so he's started talking like a true Brit. He calls the dog named Arnold "Ah-nold", and says the funniest things like: "Can you give me a hand?" (instead of help), or "Have a go" (instead of a turn), and when he says something wrong he says "Oops, that didn't come out right." 

Logan: (crying after getting 5 shots at the doctor) You let me get owies on my arms!

After giving Logan a hug and kiss, he said to Michelle, "You and me are married!" 

Lunchtime conversation:
Jack: Take 5 more bites.
Logan: 3
Jack: 6
Logan: 4
Jack: Okay, how about 4 then 1 more.
Logan: Okay!

Logan thinks it's hilarious to say "stinky diaper" and put it into song..."Old McDonald had a stinky diaper hahahahahahaha" and Michelle's favorite, "The wise man built his house upon a stinky diaper hahahahahahaha"! 

During Family Home Evening, Jack suggested we all say what we love about each other. We started with Logan.
Jack: What do you love about Mommy? Is she nice?
Logan: No, she was MEAN!
Jack: Okay...is Mommy pretty?
Logan: No, she's just big.
We stopped there. Not sure that went as well as planned.
